Tasting notes

Our 2025 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc opens with effusive aromas of citrus blossom, passion fruit and lemon zest. Bright, lively acidity on the palate is balanced with flinty minerality and mid-palate richness driven by sur-lie aging; accompanied by lifted tropical notes. This wine is fermented entirely in stainless steel and bottled without filtration.

Vintage Notes

The 2025 vintage marked a return to cooler conditions, shaped by a temperate growing season free of major heat events. After three consecutive winters of generous rainfall, soil moisture remained strong, supporting healthy, balanced vines. A cool spring ensured even bloom and set, while steady summer weather allowed for gradual, even ripening. As harvest approached, mild days and cool nights preserved freshness and acidity, while extended hangtime encouraged flavor development at lower sugar levels. The resulting wines emphasize balance and finesse, with vibrant energy, refined structure, and lifted aromatics.
