Vintner Kathryn Hall recently hosted the legendary Martin Short on January 4, 2025, for an intimate wine tasting at HALL’s new Tasting Room & Wine Lounge in Palm Springs. As they sipped on HALL, WALT and BACA’s bold, expressive wines, the conversation flowed effortlessly, touching on their shared love for the vibrant desert landscape and a deep appreciation for modern art. Against the backdrop of the tasting room's chic, art-filled setting, Kathryn and Martin shared laughs, stories, and a mutual passion for creativity and fine wine—a perfect pairing in the heart of Palm Springs. They sipped on 2019 Kathryn Hall Cabernet, 2022 WALT Blue Jay Pinot Noir, and 2022 BACA Stargazing Marsanne-Roussanne.
Additionally, The Mayor of Palm Springs, Ron deHarte, was in attendance at the filming and presented Martin with a Certificate of Recognition proclaiming January 4th as the official Martin Short Day in Palm Springs. Cheers to Kathryn & friends.
